Lessons Learned from Bangalore Ultimate 2012

Played with the Stray Dogs in Sweaters Delhi team for BUO 2012, it was fun and we finished 12 among 24 teams, here are some lessons learned from this weekend.

There is no substitute to game time, you can spend your life watching and supporting and training hard with your team, but you will only learn when play an opponent.

I made one bone head throw per game, need to rein myself in, know whom you are throwing to and what throws you know you can make.

Get the force right, and call it out loud so everybody on the team is on the same page, it is extremely important everybody is on the same page

get fit, get faster, get some inches on the vertical.
